• 1 1/2 whisky
• 1 1/2 water
• 1 lime juice
• agave syrup (enough to sweeten)

Stir well and serve on the rocks!

Cleaning up the cabinet and using up some leftovers :

• 1 measure of rum
• 3/4 measure of triple sec
• 1 measure cranberry juice
• 1 measure orange juice
• 1/2 measure lemon (or lime) juice
• 1/2 measure of agave syrup
• 1/3 measure of vermouth (e.g. cinzano)
• 1/2 measure of tequila

Stir well and serve on the rocks!

For one cocktail:

• ~15 fresh mint leaves
• 1/2 lime, diced
• 1/2 cup of white rum
• 1/6 cup of club soda
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 4-5 ice cubes

Muddle everything together before adding the ice and stir once more

One serving:

• 1.5 limes (cubed)
• 1/4-1/2 cup of cachaca
• Optional: 1/8 cup of triple sec (or orange liquor) – half the amount of cachaca
• Ice cubes (~3-4 per glass)
• 2 table spoons of sugar

Muddle the limes, add sugar, muddle more. Poor liquids, stir, add ice.

Mixing random things together and it came out ok:

• 1 shot of gin
• 1 shot of vermouth (cyzano)
• 1/2 shot of lime juice
• 1/3 shot of amaretto
• 3 ice cubes

Served in a tumbler

For 2 people, mix in a blender:

• 1/2 cup of pisco
• 6 tbsp of lime juice
• 4 tbsp of egg white (pasteurized)
• 6 ice cubes
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 small tsp bitters (e.g. orange bitters)

Blend it all until no more ice.

For 1 person

• 1 shot of triple sec
• 1 shot of white rum
• 2  shots of pineapple juice (the kind with coconut in it is a nice twist)
• 1/2 shot of lime juice
• 1/2 shot of amaretto
• 2 ice cubes
• 1 shot of dark rum
• 1 ice cube

Add these all in a glass, in that order. Inserting the ice cubes does all the mixing.
