Crepes

  • 200g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 425g milk
  • 40g melted butter
  • 40g sugar (2 tbsp)
  • pinch of salt

Au sarasin (buckwheat):

  • 250g farine sarasin
  • 2 oeufs
  • 250g lait
  • 250g eau
  • pincee de sel
  • 40g beurre fondu

Laisser reposer 2h avant de préparer celles au sarasin
